My yoga's final is on the 3th or 4th June, and i'm still wandering around and didnt make any effort on that. All of sudden, i feel very disappointed to myself.

So, im giving myself a promise by:

Not going out more than 3 days a week

Not going out after 9pm

No more partying

No more spending on shopping

All these are effective from now on until the day i done my yoga final test.

oh my friends..

I m sorry but have to say NO to all yam-cha session, shopping session, and party invites AFTER 9. =(

Hectic hectic

It's been hectic these days. Out of sudden, everybody is asking me out in this and the coming week. My schedule is now FULL. I was so ON in this whole freaking week and i only stayed at home during the midnight just to sleep. This is a lil unusual for me because I'm a homie girl.
Everyday, i got home late and wake up VERY early. I almost couldnt stand it. Im seriously lack of sleep. Uuurrgghh.. lack of sleep = aging process sooner. ARGGGHHHH... Scarryyy...

OK, i did something interesting YET horrifying this morning. As usual, every saturday and sunday i will have the yoga instructing class, my handsome Master teacher asked us to do Kunjal. Kunjal is a cleansing technique for the Yogis to clean their digestive tract.
So how do u perform Kunjal?

Keep ur stomach empty in the morning,

Drink 2 Liters of Salt warm water,

Keep drinking until the water level reaches ur throat,

By then, you'll have a feeling to puke;

place your 2 fingers (index and middle finger) behind your tongue;

Press on your tongue GENTLY;

Vomit reflex is stimulated;

and then.. need i say more?

u'll vomit vomit and vomit like a Bulimic

and... IT FEELS GOOOD after that.

Your tummy now is cleansed and refreshed.

Kunjal practice

*Healthy people do not hesistate to practice Kunjal at home because it helps you to clean your digestive system, mucous lining and esophagus. Make sure you follow the instruction i listed above if you wanna practice. People who suffer from stomach ulcer please seek for professional help.

Hang out with Jason Woods and Hendra today. The purpose is to bring my camera to repair in Plaza Mont Kiara. Before that, we makan in Black Canyon, Summit. Met up with Ah Hui for a while in her restaurant! teehee..

When everything is settled in Mont Kiara, we went BK in SS15 coz i wanna eat HERSHEY'S PIE!!!! So the boys have to accompany me eat again. haha.

I feel good

Yam cha at Halo cafe ystdy! The initial plan was only me n Walter. Then, Ah Hui joined eventually. Most suprisingly, Ming joined us too! and yeah, it is HIS BIRTHDAY!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY Ming. Never expect that i will see him today. Im happy to see him! It's been a while we never catch up with each other.
Ystdy was the first time yam cha with Ah Hui, she's very sweet and friendly. Will hang out with her more! keke!

And i find it very CREEPY because he knows my name! i dont even know that guy and how come he knows my name!! HUI YEE some more! Thats very scary. I think it will be the last time for me to go there. Eeww..

Labored Day

Yesterday was Labour day, but i labored a lot indeed! haha.

Im a Zara fan, of course i was there! but it was a MADNESS.. there were soooooo many people! Gosh.. as if everything is free... but things are cheap, dirt cheap i mean.. Elane n I shopped for about one and a half hour but queue for 2 LONG HOURS!! A lot of "U" s along the queue line. Can u imagine? We were very impatient but what to do... haiyh..

I got myself 3 jackets. 2 from Zara and 1 from Pull and Bear. Price range around 99-129.

a high waisted belt for only 19.90. If u missed it on the first day, u can still go today because it only ends on the 4th! Pls bear in mind that : Go only if u're a VERY patient person

Movie day

Yeap, I watched Iron Man today. Well, as far as i know Iron Man is one of the super hero in Marvel comics. Not a bad movie, but i think the main movie stars Robert Downy Jr. (Tony Starks/Iron Man) and Gwyneth Paltrow(Pepper) is a lil too old for this movie. HAHA.. that's what i think. Overall, the movie effects is satisfying, the plot of movie is good, and the iron man is damn yeng. i had goosebumps when he is wearing that iron suit. hohoho.. However, there are still some boring parts in between that makes me yawn for a few times. :P

Rating of the movie : 3/5 not bad la!
