Good Morning!

Yesterday night was a great night! coz we got no LifeGroup! haaha.. just joking! As all the leaders went to Mt. Tamborine for camp, our beloved sister Shannon planned to have steamboat in her house! A lot of new faces showed up, which is good! :)

Wishing I was there

my Jiek Fu sent me some pictures today, its all about the mooncake fest party in my house. Not alot of pictures were taken that night (maybe becoz i wasn't there), but by seeing the pictures, i already feel the warmth in my heart. Gosh, i miss home so terribly! Thank you Jiek fu! =P

the morning breeze of Spring

Woke up at 5.45am and Im already late for the 4am breakfast that we planned to go earlier in the city. Knowing that we couldnt make it, I did not continue to sleep but go for the 7am Body Balance class.

While walking to the sports center, I feel the morning air is fresh and breezy. I never feel tired and enjoyed the whole journey of walking even Im alone. ahhh.. I m in love with this weather! After the 1 hour BodyBalance class, i walked to Darwin's cafe to see what they have... n then i saw a paper printed " BREAKFAST ALL DAY, Bacon and Egg $6.90". Since i missed out the breakfast in Cafe21, I think I shall just buy this to replace that one. hehe..

It was 8.15am when my breakfast is served. At this early, not much people is around the uni. So i seated in the cafe alone, taking my time slowly and enjoy the food and a cup of Flat White while reading the newspaper. At this moment, I thought of my papa and sent him an sms to greet him a good morning and tell him that Im eating my "expensive" breakfast alone. hehe.. of course letting him know that i miss him alot too. :)

*burrrpp*.... my tummy is satisfied! After the breakfast, I day dreamt with every sip of coffee. Looking up to the bright blue sky and feeling the wind on my cheeks. How i wish i could do this everyday.. it's so laid back and relax.

When I see more people walking from the bus stop, I think its time for me to go home. This place is no longer quiet for me. As i walked home, the feeling is just different. The weather is hotter and the road is much busier. hmm.... i guess i should wake up earlier more often! I wanna breath the fresh air again! hehe.. I planned to have a morning walk every twice a week now. anyone wana join me?

Some expert says, when your body and mind is in the relax state, it will stimulate the contraction of your intestine. haha! Yeap, i manage to go to the toilet this morning! its been 3 days! hahahaahhaha.

I very fat already! yes, VERY! Please dont be suprise to see my fat body when i go home ok!
Anyway, I hope this will not happened! I will TRY MY BEST to lose weight before i go home! Please support me!!!!!

yek yek will now eat one fruit as dinner for at least 3 times per week. She will also cut down on carbs like rice, noodle, pastry and bread; junk food like biscuits and chocolates is not allowed to be placed in her room. Of course, EXERCISE, EXERCISE is crucial for her too! She joined yoga classes and will go at least 2 times per week. ( i joined on last Friday, and went for 3 classes already! geng ler! =P)

Please, if you're in Brisbane, dont tempt her with fatty food, if you're in places far from her, please give her moral support ok! :D

My goal: 5kgs in 3 months

We'll see how it goes ok!

Heart-warming 21st

H a p p y 21st B i r t h d a y YEK YEK!

Hey all.. yeap! 29th Aug was my birthday, which is on last Friday ,and I turned 21! Im a woman now! haha.. sounds so old but still young at heart! =D

Sometimes, its just very hard for me to accept the fact that Im already 21. I thought Im still 16 =P muahaha... nvmla, as long as i look like 16 then can liao.. the chronological age is not important! Am i right, people?

This year is special.. very special

This is the first time in my life to celebrate my birthday out of my home country and that's what made that day a very special day for me. Just because I didnt get to celebrate my birthday with my family members, I realised how important they are in my life.

On the 29th morning, I sms my mama and papa to let them know that Im greatful and thankful to be their daughter. I told them that I love them and appreciate them as my parents and because of them, I can be here in Brissy to persue my education and see the beautiful world. This is the first time I say all these to them, hehee.. its kinda weird but all from my heart.

Another "first time" happened this year, which is the first time i get to know God. Dear God, I know Im not an accident and I wish to know You better and looking forward to have an extraordinary life with You. Amen. I believed that God is good.

The next "first time" is..to celebrate my birthday with Elane, Eve, and Dan. They are all important people to me! I truly thank all of you for planning this day for me. You guys had made an unforgettable day for me!

Last but not least.. haha.. I will not tell you, but you will find out later =P

Now everybody say Rest In Peace to him! hahahaa,. OOOH YEEAAHH, its the first time I ate crocodile meat! I think it tastes quite good, the texture is like chicken meat but the flavour and aroma is way different. Well, I just dunno how to describe the taste lar, hmm, it taste like ..Crocodile! hehe

another complimentary Sorbet. its like some sort of mouth washer for you to wash the taste so that you can taste another food better.
