Dear readers : ),

As the blog mistress just done with her REAL LAST final exam, she will splurge herself in shopping (as usual). I was suppose to meet up with Kell and Dean but Kell ended up piked out. So yup, just left Dean and I. We went Indooroopilly for lunch. We had pleasant lunch, dont we? Even though it's more like a breakfast... hahaha.. well, we had sandwich and scones with mocha....

Brisbane is terribly hot today, but it doesnt stop me from going out. haha.

I was melted when i reached Uni at 10.40am. Man, walking to Uni at 37++ degree is NO JOKE! After one hour of revision, I met up with Chee, Veon and Cintia for lunch and most importantly, ice cream =D in the city. Oh, did i mention that today is Chee's birthday? ehhehe... HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHEE! You've been a great sister with great personality! Thanks for being you, I mean being Chee... err, Im trying to say, i appreciate you as you, originally you. I know u know what I know. heheheh.. really thank God for this special sister!

We walked around city for about 30minutes and everyone headed to places that they wanted to go. Chee went home and sleep, Veon went to work, Cintia went back for lunch delivery... and I decided to stay in the city and study!! FYI, i have one last paper tmr at 230pm =). Havent been study much for that subject.. quite obvious innit? I can still go city for ice cream haha!

I studied in Coffee Club for my first exam, so this time i thought of going to Gloria Jean's in Borders, since they have my favourite Cinammon Ginger Bread Ice Chocolate, yuuup, its the new Christmas drink!

I enjoyed my study time, not only that I have my nice drink, they have nice music too! I heard Sarah Blasko's Planet New Year (one of my track in this blog)! Feels like home.. ahh.. =) and most importantly, my study time was productive okay! I wasn't distracted by the crowd.

Then i said, NO, with a cold stare.. hahaa.. then i just walked across the street and went into the bus (luckily 412 was there already, thank God).

stupid black man, got nothing better to do.. maybe i should ask him to go to church instead of eyeing on girls around the city. hahahaha. just joking... or maybe i really should? oh well, may God send someone then, but not me. *too dangerous for pretty girl like me hahaha*

After posting yesterday's movie review, I realised I forgot to share what I've learnt from it. Yup, the moral value!

There is so much to learn from this movie. All in all, I learnt to appreciate people that I truly love, people that left little or massive footprints in every stage of my life. Especially right now, as I am leaving Brisbane in less than 2 months time, Im trying to spend and want to spend moreeee quality time with different individuals.

For those who don't know, I've decided to go home for good. *i think*.. hehe, unless the prohets tell me that God wants me to stay la.. then that would be different :P *still praying*

Y' know, everyone is saying " we will definitely meet again" or "see u in kl" or "come to singapore/hong kong/macau/china", but it's often easier said than done. Im not saying that it wont happen, but why wait later? Meet me right now, right here. I want to spend time with you!

I sincerely want to treasure my time with my people in Brissy. To testify this, I'M GOING TO SPEND MY CHRISTMAS HERE!

hehee.. so, do make an appointment with me before i go home ya, or dont reject me if I ask you out :P I'll be leaving right after Christmas- 26th December 2009.

The Time Traveler's Wife

I just got home watching The Time Traveler's Wife, played by Eric Bana and Rachel McAdams.
I really love this movie, it kept me reflecting on all the scenes even after the movie, till now. I am just wondering... if there is anyone that could time travel... and that would be so cool, yet tiring. hehe.. I know I know it's just another fictional movie but I somehow believe that this could happen. haha.. I was asking God if there is one, if yes, I hope He will kindly reveal him to me =))

This movie is about a man named Henry (Eric Bana)that could travel through time uncontrollably due to a mutated gene. While Claire (Rachel McAdams), is someone that met Henry ever since she was a little kid. Predictably, they fell in love and collided a wonderful chemistry together. Throughout the movie, I can feel the depth of the relationship they have. They are cute, sweet, innocent.... watching them really got me wander off for a while.. hmmmm.. Aaaanywayyyy.. one of my favourite scene is when Henry saw his mum in the train. The way he looked into his mum eyes is heartwrenching.
Ok, I dont want to talk so much about the story line, because I want you people to watch it! This is one of my favourite movie in 2009! Please.. trust me and watch this movie!

I AM A HAPPY GIRL!

i just got over my worst nightmare at 10.11am!

Yeap, I waved goodbye to the toughest Problem Solving subject!

well, this hasnt been enough to make my day. Some extra(s) that made me happy is........... i bought my graduation dress from Portmans today! and it's on promotion now!
Spend more than AUD150, get AUD50 off
my dress is AUD129.95, so i add up with a black satin top (only AUD19.9!!) and a 3 dollar mint (at first I wonder why they have mint, but i guess i know now) = 152.85; it is then discounted with 50 dollars so = AUD 102.85!

i think it's a great deal, because my graduation dress is oooh-sooo-pretty!

everytime i fast and pray, there will be lots of (bad) things happened, enemy love to attack me during this time.
Yet, I grew stronger each time and claimed victory in the name of Jesus!
i planned to do a 3 day fast and pray from Monday till Wednesday (today), fasting breakfast and dinner, will read the bible once i wake up and before i sleep for at least 30 minutes. Well, it's ONLY a 3-day fast, but I felt that this is one of the most challenging fast I've ever experienced.
The first day was okay, but the second day, i got bitten by a big black ant on the grass! I sat on the grass less than 3 minutes and was bitten by it! It was sooo painful and i thought im going to die! My wound swell so badly and I could barely walk! Later on, I lay hands against my wound and pray, in less than 5 minutes, the swell has gone and i dont feel pain anymore! Praise God =)
Today, I would say that it's the most challenging day for fasting! I think God was testing my endurance, i woke up at 5.45am this morning! this is so unsual! i never wake up so early! When i saw the time, i tried to go back to sleep but I was too alert to sleep. So, I woke up and do stuffs. I felt so hungry the moment i woke up but i kept praying. I knew it's gonna be sooooo hard but I will not eat anything! only plain water!!
i went to Uni, tried to study but I cant. the aroma of coffee and food from Darwin's Cafe kept coming to me! So, i decided to go for a walk.
My body experienced a strange sensation, it's like every step i take, i felt electricity running all over my body. I could not walk any longer, and my saliva taste like bittergourd. The acid is coming out from my tummy.. urrgghh.. and that was only at 10am. I cant walk, I cant study. The only thing i can do to refrain myself from thinking about food is... play game. I play game continuosly for that 2 remaining hour, and my eyes went cuckoo @.@. When i saw the time showing 11.54am, i thought it is 11.59am. I dont know why, i somehow just thought that the 4 is a 9! Was starting to pray and give thanks and before i said A-M-E-N, the time showed 11.55am!! I was like WHAT! 5 MORE MINUTES!! ARGHHHHH!
and yeah, i spent my remaning 5 minutes praying to God, telling Him im going to conquer it! I wont give up! Im claiming the victory! and guess what, when i finished praying, the time is 12pm already! God is so good, he heard my prayer! hehe..
after that, i dont think i want to elaborate more..... yes i ate like a mad girl.
well, i havent eaten for more than 20 hours, cant help it =P

As most people know Im praying for God's direction, wanting to know what is God's will, whether to stay in Brisbane or go home... well God hasnt really spoke to me about it yet..
and.. just a moment ago I received a call from papa.
He asked: Yek, which car do u want? Vios or Honda City or Nissan Latio Sports?

i was like........ NISSAN LATIO SPORTS!! MY DREAM CAR! AHHHH...

i said: Nissan latio sports white colour please! HAHAHAAHAH

papa said: ok, u sure ah.. ok bye

=D i was soo excited until I cant continue to nap anymore!

hmm.. after that i was thinking, "what if God want me to stay? arghh.. "

God please tell me Your will!

so....i m going to ask my papa to hold on to the car first ='(

yes, i will continue to seek you my dearest Jesus!

was awaken by papa's call today, at 12.30 noon.
as usual, he was asking the standard questions like "how are you? is everything ok?"
but this time i sensed the sourness within his voice.
i told papa that my graduation is on the 16th December, was asking where he want to go and i'll plan him an awesome holiday. He laughed with bitterness.
then, he came up with a 'funny' question.
"every human is not perfect, is God perfect?"
"yes"
"u know, sometimes we can be god too!"
"no we can't, there is only one God!"
" when there is problem, we have to solve ourselves, God is not going to solve for us!"
" God can help, as long as we pray!"

and FAITH is all we need.

Will You Heal Me?

my body has not been functioning well for the past 6 months, so i've decided (finally) to go to the clinic last week. Dr Karen from UQ demanded me to have a blood test. soooo yeah, BLOOD TEST= SCARY NEEDLE! but guess what? i didnt cry! for the first time! hehe..
anyway, after one week, the report is out and as predicted, it was a "no-good" :(.
Apparently Dr. Karen was unsure about my status, so she requested for ANOTHER BLOOD TEST after 2 weeks! again, Im going to see the blood sucking needle :\.
i dont want to mention what exactly the result is as it is quite personal..
I did alot of research about my condition, trying to find out what are the possibilities that might cause my body to behave abnormally. The more i do the research, the more i fear.. there is one rare condition that i found matches my body symptom, this condition is really a no joke case!
I wanted to go to the specialist doctor but I'm scared to know the result!
I dont know how to share the thoughts with my family and friends. I dont want them to worry or even worry that i worry .
Even though Im struggling for this right now, I did not show/ tell anyone about it. I am still being the normal me- happily laughing with friends in Uni/ talk to family in MSN. but no one knows I m actually crying in front of my Sunny-Side-Up lappie :(
The only one that knows everything is God. I talked to God and asked God for healing power.
If this is part of God's plan, all i wanna ask is His strength to pour upon me. I told God..

Hey people! I'm back for update! :)
Sunny is still sick :(, I didnt send him to "hospital" because i need to work. I reckon he will only be recovered 2 weeks later. Poor boy.

Anyway, back to myself.. I just finished my 15 days placement in Snap Fresh, it was a great and fruitful experience. I've learnt heaps and they are kind enough to help me look for other job once i graduate. :D
I was very happy when then told me that my performance is impressive. I was even happier when they said I added added more happy spirit and energy for the entire office and R&D team. I am so honoured to be there with them. : )

Sigh..I can smell the arrival of break-up season.

Many of my friends are encountering relationship issues and one of my favourite couple who have been together for 9 long years were separated. How sad :C

I always thought that they are the model couple that everyone should learn from. Seven years.. I'm sure it wasnt easy.

Nowadays, people fall in love easily and break up easily. I wonder do they even understand what's the meaning of love?

I, too, didnt know the meaning of love until I found God. A friend of mine has also shared about the definition of LOVE with me today...her teaching has opened my eyes and i have a deeper understanding of love now. I think I should really share this with everyone of you. I hope what I shared will somehow change the perception of LOVE in your dictionary.

Look at the world now, did u realise that we are living in a sinful and fallen world? How good if we can change the world by loving everyone on Earth, just like how Jesus love us. The love that the media potraying is self-seeking and selfish love. And that is how the people nowadays define "love". Think again, is this love? or maybe LUST?

In the bible, 1 John 2:16 stated : For everything in the world- the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does- comes not from the Father but the world.

Most people want to find a partner just because they are lonely, need someone to fulfil their own needs, to boast.. and this is not true love! It will not last!

So what is the true meaning of LOVE?

1 Cor13:4-7 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoice with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Do I still need to explain more? Love is unfailing, unconditional, eternal, forgiving, sacrificial..

If you love somebody, you will not expect him/her to return anything to you. God is the best example. He love all of us so much that He sacrifice His one and only son (Jesus) for our sin! He love everyone of us, even the non-christians! The bible teach us to love our family, friends,neigbour, and even our enemy!

GOD IS LOVE, LOVE IS GOD!

Friends, we are gifted to love; and it is our nature that we want to be loved as well. We want to look for love, not lust! So, let us love people with the right attitude and the right heart.

We can make a difference!
